Uniaxial plastic geogrid production line and technology

Product introduction

The uniaxial geogrid is formed by extruding the macromolecule polymer into sheet, and punching the sheet into regular net, then stretching the net longitudinally. This process makes the polymer into a state of linear orientation, and forms long oval-shape integral net structure with uniformly distributed nodes of high strength. Such structures possess very high tensile strength and tensile modulus, and provide an ideal chain system for bearing and spreading the force in the soil. It is a kind of reinforcement material widely used currently.

Applications

The geogrid product is suitable for reinforcement of embankment, subgrade, slope and tunnel wall, and reinforcement of permanent foundation, such as large airport, parking lot, dock, and so on.

1. Increase the bearing capacity of the road (ground), and prolong the service life of the road (ground).

2. Protect the road (ground) surface from subsiding or cracking, and keep the road (ground) beautiful and neat.

3. It is convenient for construction, which can save time and labour force, and reduce the maintenance cost.

4. Protect the culvert from cracking.
